From the spirited weekender to the weekday commuter, nothing will beat the drive or the look of the adaptive xenon headlamps. The Paceman now offers the John Cooper Works interior and exterior trim packages. Geared squarely to maximize driving fun, the standard 1.6L 16-valve alloy engine of the Paceman, optional automatic transmission and turbocharger, you will be grabbing apexes with ease as the 121hp make it known this is not its first time. The Paceman also enjoys standard Comfort Suspension or an upgrade to Sports Suspension at no extra charge. Coupling an impressive 26mpg city and 32mpg highway to a love of adventure, there are not many places you will not want to take a MINI Paceman. Along with the impressive driving experience, the interior screams MINI with its new dual cupholders and seemingly endless list of available options. The Paceman comfortably sits four in its bucket seats and has a sporty, intimate feel. The Paceman is built off the Countryman chassis and carries the ability to fold down the rear seats to provide an astonishing 38.1 cubic feet of cargo space. Whether off to the beach, the mountains, or an afternoon drive, the MINI Cooper Paceman will be sure to bring a bright, cheeky smile to your face as you plug in your phone or iPod with the standard auxiliary port, as you fall in love with the seven-airbag-cushioned 2015 Paceman. • Really cool car to own!

The Mini Paceman S All4 is a joy to drive. Big enough to haul 4 people. The back cargo area is bigger than I thought it would be when you remove the floor support. I'm shocked it didnt have a higher demand and that Mini ceased production on it, but that just means the one I have is more unique. I bought my manual transmission 2015 used with 30k miles and it is a blast! Go with the Countryman if you need to put little kids in their car seats, but otherwise the Paceman is the way to go. Needs at least 89 octane gas.

I went from an '02 MINI to the Paceman recently. This car is fun to drive - great handling, quick engine and all the quirkiness you'd expect in a MINI. I didn't think I would like an Automatic - but the 6 speed is excellent and Sport Mode rocks! Motor on!

This is my second Mini. I had a 2003 Cooper S with manual trans for 34 months (should have kept it longer). So after 8 years without a Mini I returned to Mini. I wanted out of my current car (a 2013 Chevrolet Spark) so bad, I took what was available on the lot. I ended up with a base Paceman with automatic, moonroof, cold weather package, automatic climate control. I am very happy with the Mini qualities I liked in the S, but in a bigger package. Sits up higher, rides better. My overall mpg for 27k miles is 31mpg, although it is better then the EPA estimates, I expected better. The automatic is rated 30mpg hwy vs 35mpg hwy for the manual. I just did a 320 mile roundtrip (exterior temp 20, interior heat set at 74, and running snow tires), and got my worst mpg ever (26.68). I kept up with traffic, so sometimes hitting 85mph, but most of the time averaging 74mph in windy conditions(dry roads). Car tracked fine in the wind, no issues, just lower mpg. I miss shifting gears myself. If I were to do it over, I would still buy a Paceman, but it would be an S version with a manual transmission, and no other options. I've opened up that moonroof 3 times in the 15 months I owned it. The phone connectivity isn't that great, it's easy to use, but it seems like all the others out there, it's ok, but not great. I'm really surprised the Paceman is not selling better. I have had more compliments with this Mini then my first one. This car is bigger, sits up higher, so it's easier to get in and out of, and it has all the great Mini qualities that make it a Mini.
